Located in the new, upscale and gated community of the Virgin Grand Estates, Cocotier offers all the comforts of home with an elegant island twist. This wonderful home is fully air-conditioned, offering comparable bedrooms with baths ensuite, furnished with exotic teak and mahogany pieces from throughout the tropical world. The accompanying baths are spacious and attractive, with tumbled marble accents and showers that open to the sea but preserve your privacy.

After a day at our gorgeous beaches, slip into the pool for a refreshing freshwater pick-me-up, and marvel at the ships sailing by and the sun following its course to the distant horizon. The views are endless, south to St. Croix, west to Puerto Rico and North to Lovango Cay. The sunsets are break taking from this spot.
